Well, this day has so far been made of win. Let's see what else I can break, eh?

I don't know quite what hit me, but I've been working on ponies these past few days. I finished up Blueberry (one in my series of flower themed glitter fakies) and I think she's delightful -- maybe -- MAYBE -- my favorite custom pony yet.

Then I had another fakie that I dismantled today and I started painting. It's going to be a carousel pony. I decided the silver metallic paint would be perfect. The catch is...that paint takes an hour to dry between coats. And so far I've put on three coats. A fourth is entirely likely. There's no rushing this stuff, because the paint will lift if you apply another layer too soon (I already tried, thanks...) Waaaa!

Just between us, I think this pony is going to be awesome. It's going to have a real bit in its mouth...for real! I made a paper clip bit (beading wire is not tough enough, I discovered.) There's going to be a real bridle. And probably real tassels. And feathers. And beads. It's going to be awesome. Or look like shit. (There's no middle ground, you know!)

Oh, wow, the head looks like it's almost ready for the rehair! (That's the current holdup, since I can't figure out how to add the bridle before the hair is in place...) Squeee! I can haz carousel pony!

I don't even care about this from a monetary standpoint, because neither of us pay the water bill. But it's nervewracking to have it sound like the ghosts are flushing the toilet every minute.

In toextraordinary, all of the events that occurred during the first two seasons of Heroes occurred. What is different is what comes after.

It is now August 2007. Anything is possible.

Elements from Season 3 may be worked in as they come (events from the first fifteen minutes that were leaked have already been worked in).

We're four months post season 2 and will be pulling in elements of Season 3 as they come. Canon only. Also: everything is written in first person. This is an intensive play and not everybody is going to be cut out for it. There are themes (not just slash, but it is there too, particularly Petrellicest--but don't worry: the boys keep it to a minimum and mostly it's not out in the open) that you might not be comfortable with. This is a setting based on psychology and motivation. If you are not a roleplayer who can delve into the depth and psyche of the character, I'm sorry, but we don't want you. Serious roleplayers only. We are also an 18+ comm, considering the subject matter.

There's no particular plot, but characters are doing their own thing.
